Pamm Gibson has maintained a daily meditation practice for more than 30 years after being introduced to Transcendental Meditation in college. With the birth of her son Ari in 2002 she passionately advocates to incorporate secular meditation and mindfulness techniques into the school day so children can enjoy a respite of daily quiet and personal reflection. In 2012 she founded InnerGrin Meditation for Children and Families in Boulder. Through classes with students of all ages, and meetings with families in their homes, Pamm teaches meditation, mindfulness and applied kinesiology techniques as simple and restorative approaches to support lifelong awareness, compassion and well-being for individuals and their families.
